You will receive a paid invoice with a tracking number so you can track your shipment. At this point, the shipping cost will be included in your final payment. CA State tax applies to California residents only.

Once the product container is opened, there will be no refunds.

If the company is at fault, we will replace your item(s) by sending you a prepaid mailing label. As soon as we receive your return package, and it has been inspected, we will send you a new replacement product. By doing this, we protect all of our customers.

If you don’t think you want these products, please don’t purchase them. There is a 20% restocking fee for products that are not damaged or defaulted by the manufacturer.
