- Show “Proof of Funds”. The supplier/farmer wants to see the money in a bank account or a secured cash situation. You may be purchasing 1,000 – 100,000 kilos of isolate at anywhere between $6500 – $11,500 per kilo (depending on the purity and price points) so be prepared to have those funds available and verified – all of it.
- Sign the contract between you, the buyer, and the provider. At this point, the product is moved to storage preparing for the purchase. The deal will spell out exactly who is participating, the number of kilos at what percentage rate, how long the product will stay in storage, and any other stipulations of the contract. Remember, this CBD isolate is moving very quickly and the provider will not hold on to your order for a long time – I’d say 30 – 35 days is a enough time. So, let the provider know exactly how long this deal will take to close.
- Not that we don’t trust everyone we do business with online whom we’ve never met, but, please send someone out to take a sample of the product and get it third party tested. Every batch is different, so you are able to go to the storage facility and take a sample of the batch you are actually purchasing. Did I mention insurance? There is a lot of money at stake, so please get some insurance just in case. Most cases, everything goes extremely well with nothing to worry about. You can also fly out and pick up the product yourself. Because CBD meets the <0.3% THC limit, it “should” be legal to transport in all 50 states. So, just double check regulations in the state you are departing and arriving.
